Bordallo to serve fifth term in Congress

Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo will spend a fifth term as the island's Washington delegate.

Guam - Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo will spend a fifth term as the island's Washington delegate. Although she ran unopposed, the results for her race cannot be certified until later this month. 

The federal government sued the Guam Election Commission for failing to comply by with the Military Overseas Voters Act that requires those voters be given 45 days to return their ballots.
