Guam MTCA team brings home record wins

Guam’s MTCA National Team is celebrating its most successful showing yet at the 2026 MTCA Music Festival and National Competitions in Anaheim, California. 

14 talented students from schools across the island represented Guam, earning multiple top placements against performers from across the United States.

Among the highlights:

-        1st Place Solo Middle School – Rhenae Cabuag

-        3rd Place Solo Junior – Charice Camba

-        2nd Place Duet Senior – Gracie Serrano & Charice Camba

-        2nd Place Duet Junior – Jeremy Huh & Mina Bunten

-        3rd Place Duet Middle School – Tess Santos & Norah Santos

-        3rd Place Duet Sophomore – Mikaela Harrington & Janae Blas

Janae Blas was also selected to perform in the prestigious Broadway Finale Performance, showcasing standout talent from the national competition.

The 2026 competition marks a milestone year for Guam’s MTCA program, bringing home the highest number of trophies and category wins in its history — a testament to the island’s growing strength in the performing arts.
