Junior Achievement Guam announced the winners of its 2025–2026 Company of the Year competition during an awards ceremony. The event concluded a 20-week program in which high school students created, launched, and operated real businesses while developing leadership,innovation, and financial literacy skills.

Teams were judged by industry professionals on business performance, innovation, financial practices, presentations, and personal development. The competition emphasized teamwork,integrity, and adaptability to prepare students for success in a global economy.overall company of the year winners:

  • 1st place – Konni' Cards (Harvest Christian Academy)
  • 2nd place – Håtsa (Bank of Hawaii)
  • 3rd place – Erensia (Dusit Thani)

The top two teams will represent Guam internationally in South Korea as part of JA Guam’s Global Learning Initiative. Additional awards recognized excellence in annual report, company interview, business presentation, commercial, and special categories such as best financial practices and best product overall.  JA Guam expresses appreciation to its sponsors, mentors, and partners, including GTA, Bank of Hawaii, Bank of Guam, Business and Technology Charter School, Micronesia Mall, Triple J, Graphic Center, Guam Green Growth, and many others whose support made the program possible.
