According to a magistrate’s complaint, Cristobal Frank Quintanilla is accused of breaking into a relative’s home through a bedroom window in december, carrying the woman to his car, and taking her to his residence, where she says she was held for 13 days out of fear for her safety.

The woman told police she was able to escape on January 1 while at a store and immediately went to Agat Precinct Command to report the incident. Officers later confirmed damage to the residence where the break-in occurred.

Police say quintanilla was located days later in Hagat, where he allegedly attempted to avoid detection by wearing a wig before officers recognized him.
