One Barrigada burglary suspect picked up by court marshals

Guam Police Department spokesperson Officer Berlyn Savella told KUAM News that court marshals picked up a suspect yesterday in a burglary at a Barriagda home caught on video.
The thieves targeted a home on San Antonio Street in broad daylight just a day after the homeowner was laid to rest.
Security footage captured on a relative’s home shows a distinct vehicle pulling up to the residence and two thieves taking off with a bush cutter and leaf blower.
Savella says the alleged suspect was picked up by the court on a warrant.
There's no word yet if the individual is connected to other burglaries.
An arrest was not made public as of noon, Friday.
Savella says investigations continue to locate the other persons responsible.
Adding the community crimes task force is following up on the case.
