The driver of a car that led Guam Police officers on a highspeed chase earlier this year has cut a plea deal with prosecutors. Andrew Toves is set to admit guilt before Superior Court Judge Alberto Tolentino on Wednesday.

Toves along with three others were arrested back in March after allegedly leading officers on a chase, and even rammed into a patrol car injuring an officer.

Toves is charged with aggravated assault and reckless driving.

His plea agreement has not yet been discussed in open court.
