High school graduate of GCC. Served in the US Navy. I was an entrepreneur in the state of Virginia for several years. Moved back to Guam in 2002 lived in Dededo for Ten years. Worked in the private sector most of my life. Coach basketball and other sports here and in the USA. Member of the MSOA as a referee for basketball. Was a member of the GHRA committees. Being a manager most of my career has given me the experience to think out of the box to solve problems not just to fix them. I seek the office to be a public servant to all the residents of Dededo. I able to work with in my budget to accomplish the goal that our mayor office set for that year. I grew up the old school way where respected your elders and take pride in what u do. I have a can do attitude. My one desire is to make an impact on our youth of today so that they be able to reach their dreams. I learned in my military service how to be a strong leader.
