Guam - The Department of Public Works reminds all political candidates and organizations that Guam Code requires all political signs be removed no later than 15 calendar days after the conclusion of any general election. All signs must be removed no later than November 19 or the owners will forfeit their $200 security deposits with the DPW Highway Encroachment Section.
