Guam - 41 out of the island's 58 voting precincts have now been counted. The Guam Election Commission crew and volunteers at Election Return Central at the University of Guam are speeding through their work without any major calamities reported, making for a pace way faster and more efficient than any previous election in recent memory. 

Of note is that in the attorney general race, former AG Elizabeth Barrett Anderson is pulling away from incumbent Leonardo Rapadas with nearly double his votes.
