Guam - The Guam Election Commission is finalizing the list of registered voters for next week's general election. Executive director Maria Pangelinan says following Friday's registration deadline, the GEC is hovering around 51,900 registered voters. She says that number could possibly decrease as the GEC is still cleaning out the Registry including voters who have died, have duplicate names or are no longer allowed to vote on island because they are registered in a different jurisdiction. The list should be finalized by tomorrow ahead of the GEC's meeting on Thursday.
