Guam - Guam Homeland Security/Office of Civil Defense along with Port Authority of Guam today participated in a weapons of mass destruction radiological/nuclear awareness training. The seminar provided GovGuam, military partners and non profit and non-government personnel fundamental knowledge about health effects and recognition factors involving a radiological and nuclear incident.
