Guam - The Guam Election Commission will still begin in-office voting today as planned. GEC Executive Director Maria Pangelinan adds precinct official training is still set for today between 530pm- 830pm for the Dededo Precinct of Liguan Elementary School and Mongmong Toto Maite. The trainings take place at the GEC offices in Hagatna.
