Pangelinan shares Pago Bay-Yona Road concerns

Guam - Senator Ben Pangelinan addressed Department of Public Works director Carl Dominguez earlier this week, asking him to review the quality of the pavement of the Pago Bay-Yona Road. In the letter, the senator says the top portion of the construction is in its final phase and earlier this week crews appeared to be laying out the final markings for the lane dividers.

The senator is concerned as the pavement is uneven and not smooth as compared to the final grade of other road projects.
