Frank P. Arriola has been appointed as the new deputy general manager of the Guam Visitors Bureau, succeeding retiring deputy GM Dr. Gerry Perez.
In a statement, GVB thanked Perez for his years of leadership, crediting his “vision, strategic thinking, and innovative approaches” with helping guide the bureau through the challenges of the pandemic and positioning Guam’s tourism industry for recovery and growth.
Arriola, who currently serves on the Guam Community College's board of trustees, is set to assume the role beginning March 2.
GVB says the transition marks a new chapter for the island’s tourism agency as it continues efforts to strengthen and rebuild Guam’s visitor industry.
