Mundo's camp rescinds withdrawal
Guam - He just might be back in the race as Guam Election Commission staff confirms that Raymond Mundo and his committee have rescinded his withdrawal to run for mayor of Mangilao. His withdrawal stemmed from a 1995 misdemeanor related to theft of a federal government owned phonecard worth $148. He was sentenced to one year probation. According to GEC staff, Mundo informed the Commission this morning that he plans on seeking assistance from Guam delegate Madeleine Bordallo to have his record expunged.
