Guam - The four candidates on the ballot for the congressional race participated in a forum today hosted by the Guam Chamber of Commerce's Guam Young Professionals group. Democrat candidates incumbent Madeleine Bordallo and Karlo Dizon along with Independent Jonathan Diaz and Republican Frank Blas, Jr. spoke on a range of issues including compact impact, the military buildup, seniority in congress, veterans issues and many more.
