Guam - Although the Senate scrapped it from their version, the House today passed H.R.58-54, which provides funding for military construction for Fiscal Year 2013. The measure leaves intact President Barack Obama's request for military construction projects for Guam totaling $102 million.
The money provides funding for the defense logistic agency's fuel pipeline project, the second increment of the Navy's north ramp parking project at Andersen Air Force Base and funding for Phase Four of the Army National Guard's Joint Force Headquarters Improvement Project.
