Tricia Chandler, Patient Experience Manager, has officially earned her Certified Patient Experience Professional credential from The Beryl Institute, the global leader in advancing the patient experience. 

Chandler is the first and only individual in Guam and the entire Micronesian region to earn this prestigious certification, marking a groundbreaking milestone for GRMC and for healthcare excellence across the islands.

As Patient Experience Manager, Chandler will lead Patient Experience, Customer Relations, and Patient Transport, guiding these teams with compassion, strategic focus, and a deep commitment to improving the Human Experience for patients, families, and staff.
