Free Dental Health Fair brought information and fun

The Guam Dental Society celebrated National Children’s Dental Health Month with a free Dental Health Fair on Sunday.

The event held at the Micronesia Mall center court featured pediatric dental screenings, fluoride varnish treatments, and free toothbrushes for kids. Guam Dental Society vice-president Dr. Mel Anizi-Bersaba said its a fun event, mixing entertainment but primarily getting vital information across to those who need to know more about it and get their kids out on the right path to getting an appointment and follow up care with what they need.

Families also enjoyed games, face painting, health education booths, and raffle prizes throughout the day.
