Man arrested for Harmon burglaries

Guam - 57-year-old Joseph Gumataotao Tuncap was arrested early Sunday morning after police found his vehicle parked in the Harmon area.  Guam Police Department Spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia says Tuncap's vehicle had been reported in connection with a rash of thefts. 

The Anigua man was arrested for allegedly burglarizing the l Construction and Safe Supply Building and Moon Laundry.
