Record of Decision being released Friday

Guam - The Navy had hoped the Programmatic Agreement would be signed before the Record of Decision comes out. According to the Guam Buildup Office, the ROD will be out on Friday, Guam time.
The Record of Decision will provide specific details on the Marines relocation from Okinawa to Guam, the construction of a transient aircraft berthing facility in Apra Harbor and the establishment of an Army missile defense task force on the island.
The final document will be available at the Guam Buildup Office at Adelup and online at GuamBuildupEIS.us.
