The Guam Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division is asking for the public’s help in locating Jaylan Siren, also known as “Jayjay Andon.” 

Siren is described as a 29-year-old male, standing approximately 5'7" tall, weighing about 170 pounds, with a dark brown complexion, black hair, and brown eyes. He is listed as being from Dededo.

Police say Siren is a person of interest wanted for questioning in connection with multiple burglary and theft of motor vehicle investigations in the Tamuning and Dededo areas.

Authorities advise the public not to approach him if located. Anyone with information is urged to call 911 or contact a CIS detective through GPD Dispatch at (671) 475-8615 or 475-8617.
