Guam Guard's Fallen Heroes Run honors Gold Star Family of Sergeant Samson Mora

Before daybreak, service members from the Guam National Guard took to the streets in Barrigada for a Fallen Heroes Run, maintaining their double-time pace en route to the home of the family of the late US Army Sergeant Samson Mora, who died in 2008 after being injured while doing his duty in Afghanistan.

The company of citizen soldiers honored the sergeant's Gold Star Family, offered their support, condolences and prayers and unending respect, and a slow salute for the ultimate sacrifice made by this Guam defender.
