Pacific Islands University is celebrating a historic milestone, its 50th anniversary, with the return of its Annual Pacific Islander Barbecue.

The event invites local businesses, churches, mayors’ offices, alumni, and the community to gather on campus for an afternoon of barbecue, fellowship, and fun.

PIU says the celebration is a way to honor five decades of ministry, growth, and service to students across Micronesia and beyond.

The university is seeking community support through donations, food contributions, and ticket purchases to help make the event a success.
