The Guam Symphony Society is kicking off its 59th season with a spectacular opening concert celebrating the iconic music of legendary film composer John Williams.

The concert, titled cinematic legends: the music of john williams, will be held on Sunday, Oct. 26 at 3 p.m. at the University Of Guam Fine Arts Theater. 

Under the direction of Dr. Stephen Bednarzyk, The Guam Symphony Orchestra will perform music from film favorites including Star Wars, Superman, Harry Potter, and Jurassic Park.

The event promises a thrilling and nostalgic experience for both movie lovers and music fans, marking the start of an exciting new season for the island’s premier orchestral ensemble.

General admission is $10, and $5 for seniors, military, and children under five. 

Tickets will be available at the door.
