Guam Community College is hosting its 12th Annual Cardboard Challenge on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the GCC Multipurpose Auditorium. The event is free, and everyone is welcome to build, create, and have fun.

The Cardboard Challenge is part of the worldwide "Day of Play" movement that gets kids thinking, building, and problem-solving through hands-on creativity.

Students, families, and community groups will turn cardboard and recycled materials into amazing creations: arcade games, robots, castles, you name it.

Beyond the fun, the Cardboard Challenge is also about taking care of our island. By reusing materials, participants learn that sustainability and creativity go hand-in-hand.

Whether you're coming to build or to check out the incredible creations, it's going to be a great day.
