ICS-300 and ICS-400 provide training for personnel who require advanced application of the Incident Command System.

These comprehensive courses expand upon information covered in the ICS-100 and ICS-200 courses.

Topics include describing how the National Incident Management System Command and Management component supports the management of expanding incidents, the incident/event management process for supervisors and expanding incidents as prescribed by ICS, the incident management process on a simulated expanding incident, and developing an Incident Action Plan for a simulated incident.

Attendees for the courses include emergency management personnel and partners from the government of Guam, federal, military, private, and non-profit organizations and senior personnel who may assume a supervisory role in expanding emergency incidents and who are expected to perform in a management capacity at an incident or event.
