Two DOC inmates charged for prison contraband

Two inmates at the Department of Corrections now face charges for contraband reported earlier this year.
31-year-old Joshua John Pangelinan Tedtaotao is charged with promoting major prison contraband as a second-degree felony. Authorities say he refused a cell search on April 18 — and officers later found two sharpened wooden sticks, one three feet long, the other about a foot-and-a-half. If convicted, he faces up to eight years behind bars.
In the meantime, 34-year-old Cal-Jerome Delorie is charged with misdemeanor promoting prison contraband. Officers allege he was caught running along the fence line in June, carrying a package that contained cigarettes and chewing tobacco.
He could face a year in prison if found guilty.
