The Department of Public Health and Social Services division of children’s wellness is inviting the entire community to the 4th Annual Halloween Fair Saturday, Oct. 11, at the Micronesia Mall Center Court.

The free event runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and offers a fun-filled, safe day for families and children ages birth to 13. highlights include a children’s costume contest at 12:15 p.m., with winners recognized in categories like most original, most creative, scariest, and cutest, plus a special honorable guest pick.

Guests can also enjoy raffle prizes, live entertainment, interactive stations for kids, and other festive activities designed to bring the community together and celebrate the season with fun and creativity.
