First responders honored at Jamaican Grill’s 9/11 luncheon

Today marked the 24th year that Jamaican Grill hosted its 9/11 commemorative luncheon—a tradition that began in 2002 to honor the nearly 3,000 lives lost in the deadliest terrorist attack on American soil.
First responders across Guam—including police, firefighters, airport police, and paramedics—were welcomed to all four Jamaican Grill locations for a free chicken and ribs combo plate.
Owners Frank Kenney and Tim Murphy say the event is about remembering 9/11, celebrating unity, and thanking Guam’s bravest for their service.
