The Guam Police Department has taken a 15-year-old male into custody in connection to an armed robbery at Song Market in Chalan Pago. According to GPD, two masked individuals - one armed with a machete, the other with a baseball bat - entered the store on July 31 and made off with about $1,000 in merchandise.

Police identified the teen suspect after reviewing video surveillance and hearing from the store owner, who shared details on social media. He was located and arrested the next day without incident, and has been turned over to the Department of Youth Affairs.

Police are still looking for the second suspect and ask anyone with information to contact GPD Dispatch or Guam CrimeStoppers.
