Man accused of selling meth from bedroom window

A follow up on an illegal drugs and weapons investigation - a federal indictment is unsealed against defendant John Thomas Donnafield in the District Court of Guam.
He is charged with possession with intent to distribute five grams or more of meth and for being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.
The indictment was handed down by a federal grand jury on June 11th.
The case was just made public this week.
As KUAM reported, in December 2023, local and federal authorities executed a search warrant at a home in Chalan Pago.
Donnafield was taken into custody after authorities found illegal drugs, weapons, and ammunition.
Donnafield allegedly admitted to police that he would sell meth from his bedroom window.
He is scheduled to appear back in court on August 15th.
