Crash in Sinajana marks Guam’s 14th traffic fatality of 2025

A deadly crash along Route 4 in Sinajana has claimed the life of an adult female, marking Guam’s 14th traffic-related death for 2025. According to a release from the Guam Police Department, it happened around 5:30 Sunday evening by Chalan Chaot.
The woman was traveling southbound when she struck a guardrail, veered into oncoming traffic, and collided with another vehicle before crashing into the northbound guardrail.
She was rushed to Naval Hospital and later pronounced dead at 7:30pm by an attending physician. The he male driver of the other vehicle was also hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities have not yet released the woman’s identity, pending next-of-kin notification.
The case remains under investigation by the Guam Highway Patrol Division.
