At around 6:30 p.m. Monday, Guam Fire Department units responded to a two-car collision on Route 4 by the Chaot Bridge in Sinajana.

According to GFD spokesperson Lt. Nick Garrido, a woman in her 40s was found with serious injuries. CPR was performed at the scene before she was transported to U.S. Naval Hospital.

A second patient, a man also in his 40s, sustained minor injuries and was taken to the Guam Memorial Hospital.
