Police arrest several in relation to July 8 shooting in Dededo

It was a chaotic and violent scene on Mangga Court in Dededo and Guam police have arrested several individuals tied to Tuesday’s shooting that left one man in the ICU.
The Guam Police Department confirmed the arrest of Shawn Phillip Sapp for disorderly conduct, Donna-Lynn Salas Villanueva on narcotics charges, Paco San Agustin Bermudes for destroying evidence, obstructing government operations, unlawful firearm possession, and two outstanding warrants, and Rodney Charles Sapp, Jr., who faces multiple charges including aggravated assault, rioting, and weapons violations.
But the arrests didn’t end there. During the search for suspects, police say Rodney Sapp Jr.’s mother, Vivencia Millani Raecelis, became belligerent and assaulted an officer. She was also arrested.
According to investigators, the violence unfolded around 4 p.m. on July 8 following a physical altercation, when a stolen pistol was fired, striking a male victim.
That victim remains in stable condition after undergoing surgery at Guam Regional Medical City.
Detectives are still working the case and urge anyone with information to contact GPD.
