Thirty new skilled professionals are ready to take on Guam’s construction and infrastructure challenges after graduating from the GCA Trades Academy.

The latest cohort earned nationally recognized certifications in fields like HVAC, Electrical, Project Management, and Construction Safety, many already training in additional trades like crane operation and carpentry.

The graduates join a growing workforce equipped with in-demand skills and portable NCCER credentials that open doors on and off island.

The GCA Trades Academy, backed by strong industry partnerships, continues to play a vital role in developing local talent to meet Guam’s growing demand for skilled labor.

As major military, civilian, and infrastructure projects ramp up, these new graduates are stepping in—building not just structures, but a stronger future for Guam.
