Guam Police have arrested 29-year-old Kevin Ventura Galvez in connection with multiple bomb threats targeting businesses, hotels, and the Governor’s Office at Adelup.

According to a release from GPD, investigators traced a phone number used to issue the threats, leading them to Galvez’s workplace and home in Dededo, where he was taken into custody. A cellphone was also seized.

The threats forced evacuations and work disruptions — leaving employees and hotel guests shaken and businesses stalled.

He was booked and confined at DOC. The case is now with the Attorney General’s Office for prosecution.
