A man headed to meet his probation officer ended up in handcuffs instead. 39-year-old Cisco Lee Eclavea-Francisco was arrested Tuesday afternoon and charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance -  a third-degree felony.

According to court documents, an officer pulled Francisco over and learned he was driving without a license or registration. He became agitated during the stop, prompting a search.

That’s when officers say they discovered a black Louis Vuitton bag in the back seat — inside, a wallet containing a clear baggie with a white crystalline substance. Francisco allegedly admitted it was meth.

The substance field-tested positive, and he was arrested. He was booked and confined at the Department of Corrections.
