US Coast Guard looking for owner of adrift raft found off Tumon

The U.S. Coast Guard is asking for your help after a mysterious raft was found drifting off Tumon Bay.
A local charter spotted the gray inflatable raft near the Westin Hotel Tuesday morning and towed it to Hagåtña Boat Basin.
Found inside were fuel cans, food, shoes in various sizes, but no sign of people.
A full search from Gun Beach to Ritidian Point turned up nothing. No missing persons. No overdue boats.
