An internal affairs investigation was conducted on officer making prank calls to precinct

A Guam police officer is at the center of two serious investigations, one internal, the other criminal.
Sources confirm to KUAM the officer made several prank calls to a precinct, including one just last month. But that's only part of the story.
The same officer is also among a group of officers who were allegedly playing cards while on duty at a precinct, a separate allegation under investigation by GPD as reported by KUAM.
According to GPS Spokesperson Norman Analista, Chief Stephen Ignacio has known about the complaint since early April.
The internal affairs probe has wrapped and is now with the Attorney General’s Office for review.
