A wild chase in the north ends with one man behind bars. 

Elijah Blue Manglona was arrested Tuesday after leading Guam police on a reckless pursuit through the streets and even the jungle of Dededo.

Authorities say Manglona was riding a moped erratically along Route 3 and refused to pull over when officers tried to conduct a traffic stop. 

Instead, he crashed then made a run for it on foot.

Officers chased him through roadside brush, ordering him to stop. He didn't  and when they caught up with him, he resisted arrest and allegedly assaulted the officer.

Manglona now faces a long list of charges, including reckless driving, eluding police, resisting arrest, and assault against a peace officer. He was also cited for not having a driver’s license, expired registration, and no mandatory insurance.

A part of the chase was caught on camera and circulated on social media.

Manglona has since been booked and confined.
