A man and woman are facing serious charges after allegedly impersonating police officers using a white Chevy Tahoe outfitted with flashing blue lights.

Guam police say the suspects, Chris Tedtaotao and Cathy Cruz, used the lights "as a joke" to slow down drivers but officers found more than just lights.

Inside the vehicle: methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, a stolen gun, and body armor with a Guam Port Authority police patch.

Tedtaotao, already on probation for a 2022 felony, is now facing multiple felonies and misdemeanors.

Cruz, meanwhile, told police she was just having fun. Both were arrested Friday.
