Driver accused of impersonating police under arrest after high speed chase

A man accused of impersonating law enforcement and leading police on a high speed chase from Ordot to Barrigada is under arrest.
Thirty-three-year-old Chris Junior Anderson Tedtaotao was arrested after a Facebook post reported a white SUV using blue lights to try and pull over people about a week ago.
The Guam Police Department determined the SUV was not part of any official fleet.
Just after 3 p.m. Thursday, officers located the SUV in Ordot and attempted to engage with Tedtaotao.
He allegedly led police on a high speed chase, running all red lights and nearly hitting a pedestrian crossing the road, before pulling over near the Happy Mart tri-intersection in Barrigada.
During a security sweep of the SUV, officers found a stolen firearm, crystal meth and drug paraphernalia.
Tedtaotao’s girlfriend told investigators that he turned the blue lights on as a joke to slow down cars.
Tedtaotao is charged with possession of a concealed firearm, possession of a firearm without a firearms ID card, possession of drugs, theft by receiving a stolen firearm, impersonating a police officer, eluding a police officer, and display of blue lights.
Tedtaotao has been booked and confined at the Department of Corrections.
