Moylan urges VA Office move to Guam to aid Pacific veterans

A major push is underway to bring vital veterans' services closer to home for those in the Pacific. Congressman James Moylan is urging the US Department of Veterans Affairs to relocate its regional office from Manila to Guam.
In a letter to VA Secretary Doug Collins, Congressman Moylan highlighted Guam's strategic location and long history as a healthcare and military hub. He says moving the office would drastically improve access to essential services for veterans living in Guam, the CNMI, the Freely Associated States, and beyond.
Governor Lou Leon Guerrero and Lt. Governor Josh Tenorio have pledged their full support—committing resources and infrastructure to make the relocation a reality.
Moylan says Guam stands ready to answer the call of duty—once again—for the veterans who have served our nation.
