Teen arrested in deadly crash

The 18-year-old woman behind the wheel of a car that crashed into a concrete pole, killing her passenger is under arrest. Guam police took her into custody three weeks after the tragic crash. It happened on March 29 along Route 1 and Route 27A in Dededo.
