Attempted murder charges have now been placed on two of the three siblings arrested in kidnapping and shooting a Yigo man. Attorney General Doug Moylan weighing in on the recent string of violence, echoing it’s the meth problem getting out of hand on Guam.

Overnight, the woman accused in the kidnapping and shooting of a Yigo man is locked up at the Department of Corrections prison.

Shaenita Pangelinan arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, aggravated assault, kidnapping, use of a deadly weapon, guilt by complicity and destroying evidence.

She along with her brother and co-actor Jathan Tedtaotao both appearing before a superior court judge.

The third suspect, Jeromy Pangelinan, who also led authorities on a massive manhunt from Talo’fo’fo to Dededo, has yet to be charged and continues recovering in the hospital.

The same hospital police say the victim is recovering at, as well.

"This weekend showed us how bad things are getting," said Moylan, linking the meth problem on Guam to the violence unfolding over the past week.

"How many more people have to die on Guam before we start going on the offense?" he questioned, adding, "How many more weekends do we need to be terrorized and to be on lockdown as a community?"

He’s making yet another pitch to the governor to order 100% inspections at the Port Authority of Guam.

"I foresee more of these incidents. I said it a year ago that these crimes are going to continue to become more heinous," he said. "It requires our entire community to become crime fighters, literally to become crime fighters, to buy a gun and to protect your wife, your daughter, your family against meth addicts who every night are going into your garages and taking whatever they can take in order to sustain their addiction."

Meantime, investigators still await the autopsy results for the man shot dead in hagat and for the decomposed body found in anigua just a day apart.

AG Moylan asked the chief medical examiner to conduct toxicology tests to determine if either may have had drugs in their systems.
