Man allegedly molested teenage girl

A man is under arrest accused of molesting a teenage girl known to him.

Forty-year-old Joem Tosie is charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Court documents state the victim woke up to the defendant molesting her, adding he only stopped after a relative walked in.

Tosie allegedly admitted to police that he sexually molested the teen.

He is being held on $5,000 cash bail.
