Thirty-eight-year-old David Anthony Schrier is charged with first-degree and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct.
His accuser made the complaint to officers at the Dededo Precinct Command.
Court documents state a 16-year-old girl was at Schrier's residence when he entered the room and inappropriately touched her.
She went to the restroom and called relatives to pick her up.
The victim also allegedly told officers this was not the first time Schrier molested her.
The previous alleged encounter occurring sometime around June 2019.
Documents state she was asleep in a bedroom at a Tamuning residence when Schrier sexually assaulted her.
She allegedly told officers he did this multiple times within a span of two weeks.
He was booked and confined at the Department of Corrections prison.
