A federal and local drug investigation led to a convicted child molester being placed back in prison.

Forty-four-year-old Kevin John Roberts is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

Court documents state SWAT officers with the Guam Police Department and federal law enforcement authorities raided a home in Sinajana on Saturday.

A DEA agent spoke with Roberts when the agent spotted meth in his pocket and in his car.

He is being held on a $5,000 cash bail.

The Guam Sex Offender Registry notes Roberts was convicted separately in 2009 and 2011 on criminal sexual conduct charges.

The victims were ages 9 and 12.
