Guam's Attorney General Doug Moylan is doubling down on his request to have the Governor conduct 100% inspection of containers at the Port Authority of Guam.

The AG alleged that the source of where drugs are being smuggled into the island is the Port.

The administration has pushed back on the AG's request noting the delays it would cause in commerce coming into the island.
